- Became World No. 1 doubles player in October 2021 and ended season as No. 1 doubles team w/Pavic after winning 9 titles in 12 finals with his countryman.
- Earned 18 straight victories w/Pavic during summer 2021, becoming 1st Croatians to win Wimbledon men’s doubles title and 1st All-Croatian team to win a Grand Slam men’s doubles title.
- Also earned gold medal at 2020 Tokyo Olympics w/Pavic (held in 2021), defeating Cilic/Dodig in All-Croatian final.
- Added 5 titles in 8 finals w/Pavic during 2022 season, qualifying for 2nd straight Nitto ATP Finals as a team.
- In 2020, won Australian Open mixed doubles title w/Krejcikova, reached US Open final w/Koolhof and captured Nitto ATP Finals title w/Koolhof, becoming 1st Croatian doubles or singles champion in tournament history and 1st team to win its 1st title at year-end championships.
