- Aussie had a career-best doubles season in 2023, reaching a personal-high 7 finals (2-5) and cracking the Top 20 and Top 10. Broke the Top 20 on 20 March after capturing first ATP Masters 1000 title w/Bopanna. Then broke Top 10 on 17 July after SF at Wimbledon (l. to eventual champions Koolhof/Skupski).
- Comes into Turin after reaching 3 straight finals - US Open and ATP Masters 1000 events in Shanghai and Paris. Reached career-high No. 6 on 16 October after Shanghai.
- In 2022, won career-high 3 doubles titles, including Wimbledon w/Purcell. Also runner-up at Australian Open w/Purcell.
- Achieved career-high singles ranking of No. 39 on 22 October 2018 following personal-best 19th win of season. Broke into Top 50 on 16 July 2018 after reaching Wimbledon 3R. Rose 600+ spots from No. 695 to No. 76 in 2017. Made biggest jump of any player in 2017 year-end Top 100.
- Advanced to 1st ATP Tour SF and final at 2017 Newport as 249th-ranked Q. Also reached SFs at 2018 's-Hertogenbosch, 2018 Atlanta and 2021 Marseille as Q.
- Played last main draw singles match as a qualifer at 2022 's-Hertogenbosch and lost to eventual champion van Rijthoven in 1R.
- After starting career 0-6 in Grand Slam 2R matches, defeated Goffin en route to 2018 Wimbledon 3R. Captured 2013 Australian Open mixed doubles title as WC w/Wolfe. Became 3rd All-Aussie team to win Australian Open title since mixed doubles returned to tournament in 1987.
- Broke into Top 100 on 17 October 2011 after advancing to ATP Masters 1000 Shanghai QF as Q. Returned to ATP Masters 1000 Shanghai QF in 2018, defeating No. 7 Thiem in 3rd-set TB for biggest win of career in 2R.
- Compiled a 79-128 career tour-level singles record and 170-97 record on ATP Challenger Tour (9-4 in finals), including titles in 2017 at Canberra, AUS and Toyota, JPN. Boasts Challenger wins over one-time Top 10 players Clement, Goffin, Haas and Sock.
