Matteo Berrettini notched an early title success in his comeback from injury this week in Marrakech, while Hubert Hurkacz and Ben Shelton also lifted their first ATP Tour trophies of the year in Estoril and Houston, respectively.

No. 84 Matteo Berrettini, +51
An emotional triumph for Berrettini at the Grand Prix Hassan II has propelled the former World No. 6 back into the Top 100 of the PIF ATP Rankings. Having only returned from a six-month ankle injury layoff in March, the Italian dropped just two sets en route to his first ATP Tour crown since 2022. He sealed the trophy by snapping 2023 champion Roberto Carballes Baena’s nine-match winning streak at the clay-court ATP 250.
No. 8 Hubert Hurkacz, +2 (Joint Career High)
Hurkacz had never previously reached a tour-level final on clay but the Pole showed few nerves when he eased past Pedro Martinez to lift the trophy at the Millennium Estoril Open. Hurkacz, who now leads the Spaniard 3-0 in the pair's Lexus ATP Head2Head series, has matched his career high in the PIF ATP Rankings as a result after rising two spots to No. 8.
No. 14 Ben Shelton, +2 (Career High)
A five-match losing streak on clay appeared to do little to shake Shelton’s confidence as he made his debut at the Fayez Sarofim & Co. U.S. Men's Clay Court Championship. The 21-year-old became the youngest tournament champion since Andy Roddick in 2002, sealing his title run with a hard-fought victory against countryman Frances Tiafoe. He has jumped two spots to a career-high No. 14 after winning his second ATP Tour title.
No. 60 Pedro Martinez, +17
Pedro Martinez was unable to overcome a big-serving barrage from Hurkacz in the Estoril final, but the Spaniard’s run in Portugal has nonetheless propelled him 17 spots to No. 60. The 26-year-old notched his maiden Top 10 win against Casper Ruud in the semi-finals to reach his third ATP Tour championship match.
