The players have begun to arrive in Sydney for the second edition of the United Cup, and on Wednesday they continued their build towards the teams event with a day full of practice.
Felix Auger-Aliassime and Alexander Zverev, whose most recent Lexus ATP Head2Head meeting came in Madrid in 2022, shared Ken Rosewall Arena in the afternoon for a star-studded training session.
They were not the only top competitors in action. Zverev's countrywoman, former World No. 1 Angelique Kerber, enjoyed practice as she readies for her first event since the birth of her daughter earlier this year.

One year ago, Zverev made the United Cup his first event since a catastrophic ankle injury he suffered at Roland Garros in 2022. Now he will try to help Kerber and Germany to glory.
Borna Coric is the top male player on the Croatian team. He practised with Sydney resident Jordan Thompson.
